At HerbalMart, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

7-Day Return Window

You may return eligible products within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • All seals, labels, accessories, and invoices must be included.

  • Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or tampered with are not eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Products with broken safety seals

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed after deducting the applicable 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product supplied by HerbalMart.
